FAQ

Things people ask.

Is this an official UTY / O'zbekiston Temir Yo'llari product?
No. UzRail Watch is an independent third-party tool that monitors the public booking site on your behalf. We don't book or pay for tickets — that part still happens on the railway's own site or app.
How fast are notifications, really?
From a seat opening up on the railway's API to a Telegram notification on your phone: typically 5–10 seconds on Free, ~2–4 seconds on Plus, ~2 seconds on Pro. The actual end-to-end latency depends on Telegram's delivery, your phone's connectivity, and how heavily we're polling that route.
Which trains and stations are supported?
Brands: Afrosiyob, Sharq, Nasaf, Jaloliddin Manguberdi, Express, Passenger. All 16 long-distance stations on the UTY network — Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Termez, Andijan, Karshi, Urgench, Navoi, Namangan, Nukus, and others.
How do I pay? What are Telegram Stars?
Telegram Stars (★) are Telegram's built-in digital currency. You buy them via Apple App Store or Google Play, then spend them inside Telegram apps. Plus is ★50/month, Pro is ★150/month. Both are subscriptions you can cancel any time in Settings → Telegram Stars → My Subscriptions.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — message /paysupport to the bot within 21 days and we'll refund your Stars and revert your tier to Free.
Does the bot store my eticket.railway.uz password?
No, never. We only store your Telegram user ID and the filters you've set. Booking still happens on the railway's site under your own account.
Is the code open source?
Yes — see the GitHub link below. Run your own copy if you'd rather self-host.

Stop refreshing. Start travelling.

Open the bot, set your first filter — it takes about 30 seconds.
